Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

We are a small development team making a standalone, lifetime-license utility application. Due to the digital and instantly-accessible nature of Meow, we do not offer refunds of any kind.

2. Digital Goods

Once your license key is generated by Lemon Squeezy and delivered to your inbox, the transaction is considered thoroughly complete and fulfilled.

3. Try Before You Buy

We do not have a trial currently, and we explicitly require our customers to read the page capabilities and ask questions before placing an order if they are unsure about any particular device compatibility.

4. Disputes

Because there are zero exceptions to the no-refund rule (unless legally required in your jurisdiction), we heavily dispute chargebacks and disputes via Lemon Squeezy on finalized orders involving validly minted license keys.
